• The app is designed to communicate with standard, publicly available ELM327-compatible OBD2 diagnostic adapters. It does not interface with any proprietary or branded hardware.
• All development, branding, and usage of the name “Việt HUD” are fully under my ownership and control.

This statement serves as confirmation that I hold full rights to the name “Việt HUD” and that there is no infringement of third-party intellectual property or unauthorized use of external hardware.
